Free Gratitude Stickers & Journal Prompts
What's inside
This free download pairs visual reminders with words to reflect on:
The gratitude stickers. A 2-sticker set featuring soft chibi characters paired with gentle gratitude quotes — small visual cues designed to bring warmth to your day. Both come as high-resolution PNG files you can print or use digitally.
The gratitude journal prompts. Ten simple prompts (below on this page) to help you start writing, even on the days a blank page feels hard.
Together they're a tiny, low-effort way to build a consistent gratitude habit — one you can stick on your water bottle and open in your notebook.
What is a gratitude journal?
If you're new to the idea, here's the short version. Gratitude itself is simply the practice of noticing and appreciating what's good in your life — including the things that arrived without you asking. A gratitude journal is where that practice lives on the page.
So what is a gratitude journal, exactly? It's a simple notebook — paper or digital — where you regularly write down a few things you're thankful for. There's no right way to keep one. Some people write a single line each morning; others fill a page each evening. The only thing that matters is returning to it often, because gratitude deepens with repetition.
Gratitude journal prompts to get you started
A blank page can be the hardest part. These gratitude journal prompts give you somewhere to begin — pick whichever one speaks to you, or work through one a day:
- What's one small thing that went well today?
- Who is someone you're grateful for, and why?
- What's something about your health or body you appreciate right now?
- What's a recent challenge that taught you something worth keeping?
- What's a comfort in your home you'd miss if it were gone?
- Who helped you this week, even in a small way?
- What made you smile or laugh recently?
- What's something in nature you noticed today?
- What part of your daily routine are you quietly thankful for?
- What's something you're looking forward to?
Used regularly, prompts like these turn a blank notebook into a real habit — and they're one of the most practical ways to learn how to practice gratitude day to day.
Your free gratitude stickers
Sticker 1 — Be grateful. A small chibi character in a calm pose, hands gently together — a quiet reminder to pause and notice the little things in life.
Sticker 2 — Thankful, grateful, blessed. A soft chibi character lying belly-down with chin in hands, looking content and at ease — one of our favorite thankful quotes for the days you want to slow down.
Both gratitude stickers come as high-resolution PNG files. Print them, use them digitally, or stick them anywhere you need a small reminder.
How to use the stickers and prompts together
A few simple ways to bring both halves into your daily practice:
1. Print them as physical stickers. Use sticker paper at home, or upload the PNG files to a printing service. Stick one on your water bottle, planner, laptop, or anywhere you'll see it during the day.
2. Use them digitally. Drop the stickers into a digital planner or a Notion page. They're sized to work beautifully across screen and print.
3. Pair them with a gratitude journal prompt. Stick one at the top of a journal page, then answer one of the prompts above underneath it. Pairing quotes about gratitude with even a few minutes of journaling is one of the simplest ways to build a consistent practice.
4. Gift one to someone. Print a sticker and tuck it inside a card, or send a prompt and a sticker digitally to family and friends. A small visual thank you often lands deeper than words alone.
